TimeGuessr Game Rules
Explore within the available Street View paths. Place a location guess and a year guess. Closer pins and closer years score more. You can look around; you cannot time-travel the imagery. Deceptive longevity (a cathedral still standing) does not mean the capture is medieval. Daily rounds share the same scenes for comparison.
- Guess both place and year for each TimeGuessr scene.
- You may move along available Street View coverage.
- Points rise when the pin and the year are closer to truth.
- This is not a card-timeline game and not GeoGuessr-without-a-date.
