What is Citydle?

Citydle is a daily Worldle-style city hunt. Six guesses at a mystery city, usually a large city or capital. Each miss returns great-circle distance, a direction arrow, and colors for continent (often orange) and country (often yellow). Gray means neither.

You may type almost any city; the answer is typically famous. An early miss on the wrong continent burns the budget.

Citydle Game Rules

Six tries to name the secret city. After a miss: distance, direction, continent hit/miss, country hit/miss. Duplicate guesses waste a row. A new city lands daily. Closing distance without reading the arrow is how you miss a neighbor.

How to play Citydle?

Press Play on this listing to open official Citydle. Open with a continental probe, then jump along the arrow with a hub city in the right country.

1. Guess a well-known city to learn continent and a vector.
2. Move Citydle guesses along the arrow by roughly the reported distance.
3. When country is yellow, stay inside that country.
4. Finish with the remaining large city in that direction.

Citydle Strategy & Tips

First guesses should test continents or large regions. Once country lights up, use hubs as stepping stones. Watch how fast km shrinks to choose between another metropolis or a nearer secondary city. Daily play builds a capital map. Do not ignore a long arrow because the name “felt close.”
