What is Smartle?
Smartle is a daily 5×5 letter-swap puzzle. Twenty-five tiles must become five valid five-letter words across the rows. You drag one letter onto another to exchange them. There is no secret Wordle answer and no color feedback. Any legal set of five words can win, which makes the board a resource fight.
A gorgeous first row that steals the only E and S can poison the rest. You may break a highlighted word later. Sprint mode exists for speed practice; the daily is for careful rebuilding.

Start with a mixed 5×5. Swap tiles freely. A row highlights when it is a valid five-letter word. The puzzle is solved only when all five rows are valid at once. Multiple solutions are allowed. If leftovers cannot form words, dismantle a finished row and redistribute. One new grid per day in daily mode, at your own pace.
