What is Celtix?
Celtix is a daily logic knot. Interwoven ribbons carry colored pips. You do not drag the pips. You place walls at crossings so strands bounce and reconnect until every color lives on its own ribbon, every ribbon has at least one pip, and no ribbon mixes colors.
One wall that finishes blue can dump red onto yellow elsewhere. Typical solves use on the order of a dozen to twenty walls; fewer is the efficiency flex after the colors are actually separated. Alternate palettes exist for players who need numbers or shapes instead of hue.
Celtix Game Rules
Click a crossing to add a wall (ribbons bounce) or click again to remove it. All pips of one color must share a ribbon. A finished ribbon cannot hold another color. Empty ribbons without pips are not allowed in the solved knot. Undo, redo, and reset exist when the weave corners you. Solve structure first; then trim wall count.
- Walls at crossings reroute Celtix ribbons; pips stay put.
- Each color occupies exactly one ribbon; no mixed colors.
- Every ribbon in the solution must carry at least one pip.
- Wall count is an efficiency score after a valid separation.
How to play Celtix?
Press Play on this listing to open official Celtix. Trace one color until you see a foreign pip on the same loop, wall that crossing, then walk the whole knot for collateral damage.
- Pick a color and follow its ribbon through the Celtix weave.
- Place a wall where a wrong-colored pip sits on that path.
- Check whether other colors merged; undo if the knot got worse.
- Repeat until each ribbon is a single color, then reduce extra walls if you want.
Celtix Strategy & Tips
Work color by color, but re-trace completed loops after every major wall; later bounces can reopen them. Pair matching pips first, then clean collisions. Do not chase a low wall count while two hues still share a strand. Use undo as a probe. If color is hard to read, switch the official alternate markings.
- Separate one Celtix color, then audit the rest of the knot.
- Solve legality before minimizing walls.
- Undo freely; a local win can be a global mix.
