2048 Game Rules
Use the arrow keys or swipe to move all tiles up, down, left, or right. Equal adjacent tiles merge once per move in the direction of travel, and a new tile appears after a move changes the board. The game ends when no empty cell and no legal merge remains. Reaching 2048 is the standard win condition, but you can continue toward 4096 and beyond.
- The board is a 4×4 grid.
- Equal tiles merge when pushed together.
- A new 2 or 4 appears after a successful move.
- The run ends when no legal move remains.
